Producer’s POV exists to make practical producing knowledge more accessible to emerging filmmakers, through tailored guidance grounded in real experience.

Film producer. Mentor. Founder of Producer’s POV.
I’m Adam, an independent film producer and the founder of Hidden Art Films. Over more than a decade working in film, I’ve learned that producing is about much more than budgets and schedules. It’s about bringing people, resources and ideas together, making difficult decisions and finding practical ways to get films made.
My work has taken me through short-film production, festivals and industry development programmes, including opportunities with BFI NETWORK and BAFTA. Along the way, I’ve benefited from the guidance of other producers—and learned just as much from the challenges of making films myself.
I set up Producer’s POV to make that kind of practical, experience-led support more accessible to filmmakers. Whether you’re a writer, director or producer, the aim is to help you understand the producing process, strengthen your plans and move your own project forward with greater confidence.
Talk to me about your project →New filmmakers often face barriers around finance, connections, practical knowledge and access to experienced advice. Producer’s POV is designed to help you navigate those challenges with a clearer understanding of the producer’s role.
Advice is tailored to the person, their experience and their goals. It can mean discussing a single difficult decision or working through the wider journey of producing a film.
This is an educational and advisory service. Your film remains your project.
